'Tope Ojetunde
Managing Partner/Head Appraiser
Mr. Ojetunde is a New York State, certified, residential real estate appraiser. He has been an appraiser for 30 years and is well respected in his field. His coverage areas span all New York counties. Mr. Ojetunde provides appraisal services that are objective, qualified, professional and in line with the Federal Reserve's regulations. Prior to founding KCC Consulting, Mr. Ojetunde worked with top appraisal firms in Rhode Island and New York. He is FHA approved and has conducted numerous insurance disaster inspections for FEMA.
